I'm not saying the 90 AA is not viable, it's just that the newer
lenses are better, particularly close up.

Yes, so it was state of the art in 2001 but it isn't any more.  That's
all I'm saying.

I have the best reason in the world to test lenses.  People send me a
pile of lenses and then pay me money to test them.  I test and use
them for a month or so and then send them back.  No buying here for
over 3 years and I haven't sold anything Leica of mine since last
century.
