Hi Larry,
My very good fortune for quite a number of years was gradually collecting
the "Real Stuff" in bottles. :-) Friends dropping by to visit quite often
brought along a new found Single Malt which of course was "absolutely
essential" it be taste tested! :-) Not much, mind you, just a wee dram for
flavour "effect!" :-)

Of course I will admit, there were several times a number of taste testing's
were required to fully ensure, "without question." It was of the quality
that we "first taste tested!" :-) You know how delicate research is
necessary under severe conditions! ;-) We didn't want anyone to be
disappointed at a later date after our severe taste testing results were
released. :-)

On occasion after a tasting of severe testing, it required a replacement
bottle! Of course you understand strictly in the name of pure science, so
others might enjoy our most enjoyable taste testing results. "Dang it was so
good!" ;-)

So over the years we had a collection of some 50 bottles of various single
malt scotches about our family room where the small but comfy bar was
located. :-) A few years ago we might say the taste testing funding
"dried-up" ;-) As all the bottles were turned over to a group of young lads
for use as a fund raising event for a charity. A tasting dram was, I think
"$10. per dram!" They raised a smashing good amount! :-) The taste testing
has been somewhat limited since. :-) However not severely missed as they all
went for a good cause.

But this new offering by Henning, if I can find it locally, will surely
greet our guests this Christmas/New Year season. :-)
All in the name of scientific research you understand! ;-)

And while I'm at it, I wish you all the most wonderful fun filled MERRY
CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR POSSIBLE!
And for all you who are not of the same faith, "I WISH YOU A SAFE AND HAPPY
TIME WITH YOUR FAMILIES AND FRIENDS!" Let us say a wee prayer we may all
enjoy the NEW YEAR, vertical and breathing! And caring for each other in our
hearts and souls! Have a good one all! :-)
cheers,
Dr. ted :-)
