Subject: [Leica] Apple 27" LED Display Questions

It cost just a few hundred bucks more than the monitor to get the computer
in the back layer of it is the crazy thing...
I looked this up a week ago a I just saw them at the brand new apple store
on the upper west side and they sure got my attention. Shiney.. I found that
just like on my Macbook pro there is not a built in proper interface to
calibrate the monitor. You get the apple that your supposed to squint your
eyes at.
If you had a calibration thing already then you'd have the software to be
able to calabirtie it. But that added cost may make it a bad deal if you did
not. I love how shiny they are just like my existing laptop but I know if I
get one my friends are going to be telling me I should have get a NEC. And
it would have a built in way to calibrate it like they all do except for the
Apple.
I'd get the NEC for twice the reputation at half the cost.
Maybe you'd end up with one a few inches smaller. Like a 24.
