It is a brilliant system to pay someone off! I wonder who owned those
Gursky - he also sounds Russian, so it is very likely this is a bribe
being paid off. Medyedev's photograph selling price is probably
because of someone trying to curry favour with him, it is too small an
amount to be a bribe!
