Subject: [Leica] German language comedians

Too true - a cut-throat business, too.

No end of quite good independent comedians have fallen 
by the wayside after being squeezed out of the tour 
circuits by managing set-ups with a pool of top-flight 
acts. They now do small clubs, and are better than ever 
because they're in an evil mood and need the money - 
don't get any more TV airing though.
