Nathan,
Thanks for looking. Their stalls are illegal in the strict sense of
the law, but nobody cares. I would think that the difference is that
here they are legal residents, and citizens - in Spain they would
mainly be illegal immigrants. Actually, they ask me for prints - I
take their address and send them postcard size ones.
