Bob, I just took a short hike today with the 503CW snd 3 lens and hand carry
the tripod. I think they key really is a great bag that distribute the
weight evenly and doesn't get into your way of using the gear.

The thing that I would be concern is the 10000 feet+. Our dinky little
mountains only go up to 2000-3000 feet? May be you should go training up in
higher altitude? I know I have to slow down quite a bit even just Santa Fe's
7000-8000 feet.
