As I said the composition only gives me different feelings. Neither is
really better. In some ways I like the strength of the vertical on the
left in the 35mm shot just because it is vertical and not slightly sloping
out of the square image, but the triangles are stronger in the enclosing
square for me. Horses for courses, but the water does look very flat in
the second by comparison.
