Hi Henning!

How true! Shooting moving subjects it's a wonderful fast operating lens with 
the slide focus. And certainly the pistol grip shutter release because you 
handle it just like a "machine gun pistol" with the electric release wired 
to camera tripping the shutter!"

That doesn't mean one shoots a zillion motor frames, it means it's hardly a 
twitch of the index finger and the shutter is fired almost without thought. 
Certainly an infinitesimal amount of physical action in catching a fast 
moving athlete at the Olympics!  Or birds in flight!

And that means both the 400mm and the 560mm! Best part? No weight problem 
and you can shoot all day without your arms feeling like they're going to 
come out of the shoulder sockets at the end of the day.  Certainly no need 
for tripod.... unless it is a tripod required time exposure?
