Hi Lluis,
Though 409 is a more pleasing photo (great framing; light leading your 
eyes), I 
prefer 411 as the subject seems to be lurking in the background of whatever 
is 
going on outside (which you can see) and the tension (even to the point of 
being 
difficult to look at) of the two paths of light my eyes keep jumping back 
and 
forth between.If somehow the light behind the lurking man could be reduced 
and 
the light in front of him leading outside could be made brighter than the 
light 
behind, that may help.
So my vote is 411.
