Hi George,

I've used focus confirmation adapters for Leica-R, 
Olympus OM, Pentax-K, CY and M42.

They seem to work quite well - at least I've had no 
wildly out of focus shots with them.

They sometimes don't register a point of focus with 
macro lenses or long telephoto lenses and are pretty 
much a waste of time with super wide-angle lenses (21 
mm and wider).
