Subject: [Leica] focus confirm chip on 5D

I installed one on an M42 to 4/3 adapter for use on my Olys. It took at
least two attempts to get the chip contacts properly aligned, and then it
only worked part of the time, and I could never figure out the problem. I
finally removed it and forgot about it!
