Yes, Frankie is quite right,

fly fishing is all about walking upstream, mastering the cast,  
placement of the fly, and the retrieve, and knowing where the fish  
usually are (near rocks, with a decent, but not too strong, current to  
carry flies to the hungry fish.  It's a very meditative recreation,  
involving a lot of concentration and technique.
