Thanks for the gallery of Amsterdam sights. I was last there in May 2007 for 
a meeting. One of the things I'll never forget was my dinner (at the 
suggestion as I recall of my tourist guidebook and of course because of the 
restaurant's unique and distinctive name!) at d'Vijff Vlieghen. No surprise 
that you call it probably the city's finest. I have one of their table-water 
bottles (in the Dutch or perhaps just Amsterdam style, which I'd never 
before seen) on a kitchen counter within sight at this moment. I look 
forward to my next trip.
