That is a Scout, a fairly recent displacement hull design--i.e., it doesn't 
plane--that cruises at about eight knots.  Very fuel efficient, too.  Just 
the thing for long leisurely cruises on canals and rivers.  It's one of the 
very few powerboats I think I could love.
