Wish I could assist on the phone issues.  I did have the good fortune to 
take the darkroom ("fine print") workshop with John.  The darkroom is 
long since closed, but I believe the lessons carried over to the 
present.  He is a superb photographer and instructor.  As you know.

Did you happen to  find the real birth certificate?  OK, I guess it is
