My urologist gave me a list of things to avoid a week before the PSA 
test: caffeine, alcohol, fruit juice, spicy food and intercourse.  In 
other words, just lock yourself in a closet for a week and have food 
pushed in under the door.  I will suggest adding an M9 to the list.
