Okay, I'll be the goat.

Doesn't work.? 


The light and the people aren't doing anything special.? The yellow and 
white boat doesn't break out from the yellow pier, the white trucks, the 
yellow crates... it's a patch of water with a whole mess of human stuff in 
the middle, no part of which is any more interesting (or striking) than any 
other part of it.


Pretty sure it's not substantially different than any of a hundred thousand 
tourist shots taken in the last year in ten thousand fishing ports all over 
the world.

Toss it and get the good stuff working.
