It looks like they took the big bath in their 2009 reporting year, I 
think the same year they switched auditors from KPMG to E&Y after a 
disagreement over carrying value of some of their acquisitions.  The 
2009 financials show almost a USD $1b impairment in goodwill as a charge 
to earnings.   Can't help but think about Peter Sellers in Dr. Strangelove:
