At one point Kindermann was handling the repairs of all the older Leica's 
for Leica NJ as they had all the parts. If that is still the case, having 
Kindermann handle the conversion directly would be cheaper. Probably worth 
getting a quote from them regardless.

I think I paid about $500-$600 about a decade ago to convert 3 lens to 
3-cam, have 2 broken SL evaluated and have all the lens TLC'ed.
