The problem with cloud storage is that when you are talking about 18
megabyte M9 files (or 5D MKII, D700, etc.) it takes forever to upload those
gigabytes.

Then of course there's privacy concerns and what happens to your data if
Dropbox or others drop off the cliff. The web and the web companies are so
transient. Once they decide to close down a business, you may only have
days to get them all off. Remember Geocities and other similar stories?

Evena a giant like Yahoo may file for bankruptcy or may be bought up by,
lets say Ali Baba, and what if they decide that Flickr doesn't play a roles
in their future?
