Yes, when I was trying out LR3 I saw some commentary from the PK 
developers that the print output sharpening in LR may be better than the 
PK plugin.  I think the same people are involved in both products.  But 
then, I could never get in tune with LR so I use CS5.  I do use the PK 
halftone output sharpeners when that is going to be the print medium.
