Those are interesting shots, Tina.  As a child, I recall a similar operation 
with sorghum cane, using a mule instead of the oxen.  I was trying to recall 
how they captured the juice as they squeezed the cane.

Do you recall?  Perhaps it drops down into a removable pan beneath the 
grinding teeth.
