Unfortunately, USPS raised their rates again.

Postal service is still the cheapest way to ship from US though, and I
suspect from Canada as well. For oversea, I would go ahead and use Express
Mail (or the Canadian equivalence) unless it is quite heavy (more than 3-4
pounds?)
