Richard:  Sorry, no.  I was with a tour group--the only way to see the 
place, and you could only go where they took you. There is an overlook 
from a hiking trail nearby, and we took a hike near there the next day, 
but we didn't go to that particular overlook.

I agree with you about the design.  There's something almost spiritual 
about it.  If you're interested, here is the first cut of "keepers" from 
Taliesin W., starting with the last two on p. 4 and going through p.6.
