I found a Minolta Dimage Multi Pro in NZ, quite surprised me!

True, the price have held up since the BIG DROP a few years ago.

I have an LS-9000 so I am all set for scanning. Occasionally people are
selling their Flextight low end models (one with firewire, not SCSI) for
~$3K and I am sort of tempted, but the LS-900 delivers...
