Getting out of the midnight flick, John Carter I had to take a cab home I
cant walk. The cold got my knee. I'd had a meniscus operation 6 years ago.
With luck in the morning I'll be better as it will be warm. With less luck
my goose is cooked. I took a cab the last 3.5 blocks home. I had a heck of a
time getting into the cab. A bit less getting out. And a heck of a time
making it to the elevator in my building. Then down the hall.
If everyone who reads this can cross their fingers for me I could need all
the luck I can get. Sorry about the off topic post. I'm sitting here at this
desk and I don't know what happens next. I'm hoping they can't evict a
person for being on crunches. Right now it doesn't hurt but not sure I can
get out of this chair.
