I installed it tonight (and had to reconfigure all my settings again) and 
using inside the AF seems snappier, see if the weather is good enough to 
take a camera with me tomorrow - not had one with me for days it has been so 
wet!

Hi John,
Thanks for the referral. I have downloaded the latest software and spent the 
afternoon out taking pictures.
It may be my imagination but I think Fuji are finally beginning to get it. 
The camera does feel more responsive to me and being able to program the 
F(n) button is a big step forward IMHO.
Go for it all you X100 owners!!
