I thought there was a typo on the new 50AA price. Guess not. Can't get too interested in a lens that costs 1/3 of my car. But deep into the press releases was an announcement about an adapter from Hassy H to S2. I dotted have an S2, and unless I hit the lottery...... But this adapter is the first that keeps the complete functionality of the lens on a foreign body. AE,AF, iris, etc. all done electronically. I claimedthis could be done several years ago and for the first. Time it is reality. I have no idea of cost. However full kudos to Leica for a) acknowledge who your major competitor is b)technically finding a creative solution and (c actually offering the product for sale Frank Filippone Frank Filippone
