I guess the difference is adaptors (wobbly) or Leitax, with the latter (and 
only way to fit to Nikon) I would expect no difference in Canon/Nikon.

At least on the high-end bodies...  on the affordable bodies mirror box 
alignment is one of those things that's cut out to make the desired price 
point.
