I tried searching for the book on Amazon UK and the nearest title it came up 
with was:
 
The Stray Shopping Carts of Eastern North America: A Guide to Field 
Identification

Sounds a fascinating tome by somebody who has obviously put the documentary 
photography guide to very good, if a little unusual, use.
