I agree with Ted about exercise and diet is so important!! It's
becoming more obvious all the time that we are what we eat.  Tom and I
are on an almost vegan diet based on Forks Over Knives and other
studies.  Vegan can be absolutely delicious!  It's not that we object
to eating meat, it's that we object to all of the hormones and
antibiotics used in commercial meats.  If we continue to raise our own
food that will extend to beef, chicken, fish and pork, organically and
humanely raised.  For now, we are sticking to vegetables and eggs
(from our free-range chickens, ducks and geese).  We've never felt
better and our latest physical (last week) was outstanding.
