I had a beautiful flight in the right seat of one of these in Alaska in 2003, from a harbor (Ketchikan? Sitka?) into the interior, where we flew over waterfalls, through valleys, and onto a glacial lake a few thousand feet above sea level, where we landed (watered?). The pilot shut down the big radial and we stepped out onto the pontoons to look at the magnificent setting and listen to the silence. Aside from my first solo, it was the most memorable airplane ride I've ever had. And my new favorite aircraft. Got a model of it when we landed! That was a really nice sequence panorama, too. ?howard On Jun 12, 2012, at 12:26 PM, H&E Cummer wrote: > Hello again, > Here is another view of the Seair Beaver.
