Nice shots, Aram.  No, the ones in Franklin County, TN, in the 1950s had 
walls of planking, similar to the one that Bob posted, but sat flat on the 
ground like any other barn.  I could never figure out how they managed to 
bend all of those boards to fit a round frame.
