Subject: [Leica] WTB: Nikon AR-1 soft release

That is one of the reasons i prefer using the R8DMR to my newer D700, or my
F3HP (which has not been used, except to exercise the shutter every once in
a while), in over 8 years.

F's are better in memory than in person. Last night I was comparing the
view through my F2a and F3 with 50/1.4 lenses on them to the view through my
R8 with a 50/2 lens on it. The R8 was considerably brighter, in spite of
the slower lens, and MUCH clearer, cleaner, and sharper. I think I'm going
to sell my Nikons.
