Subject: [Leica] PSTCRD: Venice - 1 the setting

Thanks to all those who on or off list beckoned to my previous Italian
posts.
Much appreciated here.

Now, Venice is an island, or rather a set of islands and the only way
to really get there is by boat/ferry/plane.
When at Venice, you find boats of all sizes and types - a sailor's
paradise. I'll be posting a specific series later on.
If you're over romantic, there are also bridges and yet another series
to come as a result.
And there are natives to found, working among and for tourists, so
there will be a series on the people I liked there.
Finally a series will deal with two smaller islands, where either the
actvity or the people or the colours of the place were wonderful;
Burano & Murano.

Back to geography, here is the first link + next four to the right.
