He was just trying to get the best shot to shop around NYC sell for big $$. 
Pretty #@&* crass in my book.

He shot a whole pile of pix but claims to have been running forward to save
the guy as he did so. All we need to so is see the pix to find out. Me I
don't have a strong vibe if he did it or did not do it.
If he did the image of working photographers gets a big setback and we are
already set back. I hope he didn't.
