I don't think it was made as a collectors piece, they were all made in Ti 
AFAIK I still have mine - the 35mm - and it is exactly like the pictures in 
the web site. I suppose it is a collectors item now, since it takes film ;-)
This is a fabulous camera BTW. I have never seen a 28Ti, but my 35 was 
brilliant.
