Topaz Remask 3 (and Photoshop masking) works well.  I used Remask 3 for this
image.  It was HDR, but the clouds were moving, so I had to use the sky and
el Capitan from just one of the exposures:

Thanks, Chris, I did use the highlight-shadow adjustment but maybe too much
which leads to the un-natural look?  I'm not up on masking but will look
into it.
