Yes you can change the filmspeed in the midlle of a roll, but.....

First you have to take 2 blank pictures,
not in fulle sunlight remove the lens (if you can) before taking the
2? picture,
set speeddial on B,
when you click again (2? click)  put something like a small sticker on
the surface of the film,
if you can't remove the lens do the same in total darkness and open
the back of the camera.
take a 3? picture and then go on with another filmspeed.

Before developping cut your film where the sticker is, don't leave any
pieces of the sticker on the film, devellop the 2 pieces separately.

Beware;
You can easily "push" so called classic B&W films.  Doing so with more
modern so called T max films etc is another story.
Don't do all this when you're tired and or stressed. Enjoy all the fun.
