Philippe,

Excellent set! you have captured so well the atmosphere! I like vey much the 
moment of the Greater Refuge, I find very amazing the Jackson Hole Brunch. 
This one remember me a scene I've saw in a restaurant some years ago, a 
couple was eating without talking a word during all the lunch, when the 
waiter has go with the invoice the only words was from she "You pay!".
