Well, the obvious answer is that one fits on a R body ( Film only) or can be
used without auto-aperture shutdown on a N or C, if you like that kind of
major inconvenience....
The other is for M only.  ( or with adapters, any 4/3 or other body), and is
therefore easy to use with digital.

You will hate yourself no matter which one you get rid of......!
