Subject: [Leica] WTB: tripod collar for 300mm AIS Nikkor

I'm looking for the tripod collar for the 300mm f/4.5 EDIF AIS Nikkor. I 
know they are rare as hen's teeth but since all the lenses originally came 
with collars I figure there must be one or two sitting unused in junk 
drawers out there somewhere.
