definitely!

did not intend to leave anyone out
though did intend to communicate that some professionals deliver gorgeous 
.jpg files out of their cameras
just like we used to do with Kodachrome, Ektachrome, Agfachrome, Fujichrome, 
et al.

Requiring fine photographic technique with and in camera.
The enlarger was just another camera.
The darkroom just another studio.
Each process requires fine technique.
When I ran a Kodachrome and/or Ektachrome line
we had to run tests each day and throughout the day;
reading those tests with densitometers;
adjusting camera filtration to respond to the chemistry results.
