I think I might be lucky and have good genes.  All my grandparents made it 
to their upper eighties, and my mother just turned 93 and is active on her 
computer.  At  5' 10" & 160 pounds,  my waist is a little bigger (36") than 
27 years ago, but I can still fit in my leather motorcycle jacket that I 
bought in 1986:

Maybe it helps we have a two story house (with basement).  I must go up and 
down stairs 20 - 30 times a day.
