Hi Bob,
One of the reasons I had three M bodies and different lens on my neck or 
shoulders was never about dust etc. Although I was always very careful in 
that kind of environment while shooting.

But I had the three bodies simply because I absolutely hated having to 
change film and certainly a lens in the middle of a shoot! These things 
inevitably were always necessary right at the main moments of action 
regardless of subject! :-(
