I have the Zeiss 32 f1.8 that's pretty nice. No adaptor, it's a native 
e-mount lens.

Auto focus is slow. The lens actuator is loud. I use manual focus most of 
the time.

I have the novaflex adaptors both M and R for the E mount. Like them both.

I haven't tried the wider Zeiss lens. With the full-frame NEX coming later 
this month (rumored) I'm waiting to see how they will handle lenses.

There is an adaptor for E mount for Leica M that reads the bar codes on the 
lens and passes along focusing motion so using the auto focus-assist on NEX 
cameras is automatic.
