For me (i.e. may not apply to other people), the best thing about the Leica
M system is that once the bucks are spent, there is no actual need to use /
try other systems For example, I have had the Epson R-D1, the M8 briefly
and the M9 serially. I also have an E-3 for event stuff.

I have never felt the need to chase Nikon this and that, or Fuji this and
that.
