Or... get the right adapter and use all your AF capabilities.....

I never bought into the Leica R system.

I'm looking forward to putting my Canon L optics, particularly the 90 and
24 Tilt Shift on the bodies.  Apparently not only do they work (with the
Metabones adapter), but the focus peaking allows one to more easily adjust
the tilt.
