Subject: [Leica] printer question

I use my printers to print not just fine prints from photo files on rag
paper but all my documents on document paper. This keeps the juices flowing
between fine prints pretty much.
In Portland OR where I used to live and work I had a Laser printer as part
of my setup with two Epson's.. The HP laser printer Very efficient and easy
to use and cheap though black and white. I could print 40 page documents at
the drop of a hat and not think twice about it. Bought my paper in huge
boxes I could left with a half truck. And my Epson's would dry out as I'd
certainly not make prints every week and a week or so would for sure go by
between prints. I'd just have to do the unclog head thing in the titillates.
A bit of a waste of ink but now the end of the world.
Is this an issue with just Epson as its sounding here?
I doubt it. I think its the basic way inkjet printers work of any brand.
Is there a company who makes a printer which works first time every time
after you've gotten back from that cruise around the world?
Have no way of knowing but I've not heard that and I doubt it.
When a company figures that out they'll be all of a sudden making a whole
lot of money as word gets out fast.

I think the Epson people and other companies who who are not sitting on
their hands in a highly competitive and lucrative field are going to make
for less clogs in the future after longer times.
In digital years this will be the day after tomorrow.
